We scripted, cast, directed, shot, edited and scored this visually engaging video encompassing all the community has to offer. The goal—to inform and inspire generations of Bonita Bay residents as well as homebuyers on what an astonishingly unique place this community is.
The landing page we designed at bonitabay.net directs visitors to their primary area of interest and introduces the brand “look” for the three partners in the project—the community association, Bonita Bay Club and Bonita Bay Marina.
Two unique brochures which could be used individually or together invited Realtors and their most discerning clients to “rediscover” Bonita Bay. Both leverage exquisite photography and a prosaic narrative to communicate the mood and personality of the entire destination.

We gave Bonita Bay a comprehensive resource to maintain and protect the community’s brand integrity for present and future generations. We wrote and designed this guide telling the Bonita Bay story and established usage standards for photography, font, color, editorial content and iconography.
